Vladimir Krasniakov BSc (Honours) in Natural Sciences (Physics), Postgraduate Certificate in Education
Director and Founder of COA International, Physics and Mathematics Teacher

My exploration of teaching philosophy began during my own student years. Delving into the works of scholars dedicated to the core principles of learning has been truly captivating. Armed with this understanding, I began assisting fellow students at my school with their studies, and I played a role in enhancing teaching methods by offering individual academic assistance and group mentoring. This commitment persisted throughout my time at the university.

My proclivity for the sciences, particularly my attainment of a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physics from the university, equipped me to impart this captivating knowledge to others.

I took up my initial teaching role as a Physics instructor at Greenfields School. During this time, I also pursued further education at the University of Buckingham, where I engaged in a Postgraduate Qualification in Education. Simultaneously, I was dedicated to meeting the Teachers’ Standards, all while broadening my understanding.

Collaborating closely with fellow educators and engaging in partnerships with various schools opened my eyes to the prevailing issues of underperforming students and overcrowded classrooms. It became evident to me that the conventional, one-size-fits-all approach to education is in dire need of modernization. This realization gave rise to COA International, a venture with a straightforward mission: to provide high-quality education to young individuals worldwide. My vision was clear from the outset – to establish a nurturing, secure, and encouraging educational environment. I aimed to impart not only the necessary skills and knowledge for academic success but also lifelong learning strategies.

Marcus Darc

Marcus is a web developer with a first-class honours degree in Computing and IT (software) from the Open University. He is responsible for all the school’s IT infrastructure and equipment, including the maintenance of the school’s website www.coainternational.com

He is also a musician. Marcus began playing trumpet at eight years old, and was soon playing with the local wind bands. At the age of 13, he began singing in a 5-piece band with a group of friends, writing original songs and music. The band needed a bass player, so at 14, Marcus started to play the bass guitar, as well as doing the lead vocals, and also started to pick up some ability in playing drums.

Marcus recently spent two years living with his wife in Taiwan, where he performed as a musician with various functions bands and jazz ensembles, along with continuing to compose solo works. He is now living back in the UK, where he continues to perform with groups such as The Fly Quartet, now primarily playing the double bass. And he is still composing. Along with assembling pieces for an album of solo bass, he is hard at work on an instrumental album which heads in completely new direction.

Antonina Krasnyakova MA in Linguistics
Administrative Manager and Co-Founder of COA International

My name is Antonina Krasnyakova, and I am a co-founder of the COA International. My education journey started in Russia. At first, it was a course with an in-depth study of the English language. I then went to Moscow State University to study Modern Languages at the Faculty of Linguistics and Intercultural Communication. I’ve always enjoyed helping people and developing their potential. This is the goal of our Academy. I also have a lot of experience in the administration. Our Academy is growing very fast, and we are helping talented and capable children to improve their skills and open the doors to a stable and prosperous future.

For me, there is nothing better than to hear from my 7-year-old daughter “Mom I love to learn!” I think our future depends on the quality of education of today’s children, as they will be the leaders of our society in the future. And we are here to do everything for that prosperous future to become a reality.

Jyotsna Maity RSci, BSc, PGCE with QTS
Head of COA International India, Chemisty and Biology Teacher

I am a firm believer that only education has the power to bring about a positive change in an individual. I caught the teaching bug while running a non-profit organisation in India which promoted awareness about human rights. Soon after, I moved to the UK and completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Education.

I have taught in the UK in both the Independent and government sector. I have also helped hundreds of students as their tutor. I am a registered scientist with ASE, and teaching Science and Mathematics are my passion. I love to see the spark in student’s eyes when they finally understand something. A quote I often hear from my students after a lesson is “as if someone lit a bulb”, and that is my proudest moment.

I am a humanitarian at heart and have been involved with various non-profit organisations over the years. In my college years (I have a B.Sc from Delhi University), I worked as a peer educator with Naz Foundation and Breakthrough spreading awareness about HIV. I ran Youth for Human Rights India for several years and conducted workshops in elite educational institutions like IIT Delhi. I am currently involved in running an English Language Club in rural West Bengal to improve the employability of the local youth.

I believe that online learning is the future of education. Quality education should be accessible to everyone, and virtual learning makes this possible. Anyone anywhere with an internet connection can access the best possible teachers and resources. What’s keeping you from getting the best there is? Grab your laptop and begin your journey with us!
